Our core business is secured loans, although we also offer commercial loans, bridging finance and overseas mortgages.

We cover all areas of the prime and sub-prime market. Loans can be arranged from £3000 to £100000, with periods up to 30 years available.

Loans up to 80% of property value for full status employed & self employed applicants.

Self employed with no accounts up to 70% of property value.

Ex-council properties are acceptable and discount periods can be ignored.

Any amount of adverse (employed & self employed) up to 65% of property value.
