enquiries from other intermediaries, such as mortgage brokers, IFA's,
insurance brokers and estate agents. We are
master brokers who operate UK wide and have agencies with all of
the usual Second Mortgage lenders in both the prime and sub-prime
markets.
Our staff are professional and efficient with many years of experience
in the loan broking business. Our process is very simple and straightforward.
There are a variety of ways to introduce business to us - you can
email or fax a completed application to us; you can call us with
an application and one of our loan advisers will take the relevant
details or simply give us the name and telephone number of your
lead and we will call them. Once your client's loan has been funded,
we will receive payment from our lender. This commission is in turn
shared with the introducer after deduction of our costs.
